Our story is truly a human interest story. Before Websitefirstaid.com was born, the principles, Joanne and Michael worked for Web Design firms in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida from approximately 1999 to 2002. The the .com boom the country was experiencing basically popped and the bottom dropped out for the companies that were in the business. Just about the same time, I (Michael) began to feel that there was something wrong with a very simple part of my being, my balance.	Well..................Needless to say, I was very worried and stayed away from seeing a Dr. because I was afraid. Long story made short, I finally went to my Dr.'s, had an MRI which told the Dr. that I didn't have a brain tumor (which was my fear) BUT I was being sent on another journey and that was being diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis !! Needless to say, I was happy AND sad at the same time. Happy I didn't have a tumor but sad I had contracted MS. But you know, life goes on.	The one stable thing in my life has been my significant other Joanne. Her love has never faltered and she is the strongest person I have ever known. She would not leave my side. That's when we started www.websitefirstaid.com out of necessity of working from home because I (Michael) am disabled, in a wheelchair . My/our goal in this is to have the ability to make enough money to supplement Joanne's income because of her commitment to me and I respect her for that.

So we do our creative magic from our home. We have a home office that houses our computers, fax and scanner. We live up in Bradfordville, but can and have meant clients anywhere in Tallahassee. We are a very honest and hardworking couple. We have lived in Tallahassee since moving from Ft. Lauderdale in Jan. 2007. What we are asking is that any business in Tallahassee or anywhere in the United States for that matter, thinking about getting on the Internet would consider giving www.websitefirstaid.com a shot at giving you a Internet image that you will be proud of. We will create a template custom to your business and unique at no charge because we want you to see our ability without costing you anything and we want YOUR approval in the template we create for you. This is a prime example of what we feel we do very well and that is create an image for your business, not just produce a "website". This MS thing has stopped me from walking but certainly has not disabled my creativeness. What we don't want is sympathy. What we do want is an honest shot at doing something that we love and that is producing vibrant, well-made websites for a business. We want to answer to the expectations of the business that contracts us for a website and we will live up to those expectations. We are very creative and enjoy creating custom graphics and we feel we know the best way to use them for major impact on a website. Take a look at our example page to give you an idea of our ability. Also, we have years of experience dealing with a servers. If you don not has one we recommend to clients to the one that we ourselves use and that server is www.godaddy.com . They are a very a reliable server and the cost is much better than the $20 or so dollars a month that many businesses are used to paying. We did the same thing until we found Godaddy. PLUS their customer support at Godaddy is top-shelf in case you ever need to speak with a human being and you can do that 24x7. We are used to dealing with servers and would be honored to help in this area if you need help at no charge.
